After several falls, Annette Sutherland, who was experiencing extreme muscle weakness, came to The Westchester House, in Chesterfield, Missouri, on December 29, 2018 for rehabilitation.

Upon arrival, Sutherland needed total assistance to move around in her bed and minimal assistance in regard to transfers, balance and walking with a walker. She also needed assistance for most of her activities of daily living, like bathing and dressing...
